How do I get started?
It’s easy! Call our office at 603-898-7986 and let our sales department know you’d like to sign up for our Realtor Referral Program. They’ll issue you a realtor referral code and email you a custom flyer that you can print and distribute to home buyers. When your home buyer sets up a new account and mentions your realtor referral code – we’ll send you a referral bonus!
Here’s
the small print…

Realtor must be pre-registered with Palmer Gas & Oil and have been issued a realtor referral code.

New customers must mention realtor’s referral code at the time they set up their new account for realtor to be eligible for fee.

Offer good for whole house fuel account of forecasted 400-gallon annual minimum; auto delivery accounts only.

Home buyer cannot be someone who has a current account, or with whom we have already made contact (direct response via phone or email) or with whom we are currently working.

Realtor referral fee will be paid after first successful delivery. No fee will be paid if new customer does not pass credit or equipment check, cancels first delivery, or if Palmer Gas & Oil is unable to deliver for any reason.

Realtor referral checks will be issued quarterly.

New home buyers receive up to $150 in new fuel credits. The credits will be applied to accounts in three equal installments of $50 each.

The credits will be applied to accounts in three equal installments of $50 each. The referring customer will receive each of their credit installments upon each of three successful deliveries to the customer being referred.

No credits will be applied if customer account is not in good standing.
No credits will be applied if the customer does not pass credit or equipment check, cancels delivery, switches from automatic to will call, or Palmer Gas & Oil is unable to deliver for any reason. Contractor, builder and commercial accounts are not eligible. Credit on account is not redeemable for cash. Credits may only be used towards Palmer Gas & Oil products and services. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Not to be combined with other offers. Palmer Gas & Oil reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time at their discretion.
