In any given season, the vast majority of service calls we receive come from customers who skipped their annual tune-ups. Scheduled maintenance can prevent most common equipment issues, and for everything else, we are here 24/7.

Service Reminder

All other services including but not limited to furnace cleanings and tune ups, pool heater services, air conditioner services or outages, generator services or outages, as well as all other general service appointments are available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please call our office to schedule an appointment.

Annual Comprehensive Tune-up | Free Repairs on Listed Items | Free Diagnostic Charges | 20% off all Other Repairs | Priority Service

Tune-up includes, but is not limited to:

  • Test carbon monoxide levels.
  • Clean and adjust burners and inspect heat exchanger.
  • Install air filter (customer supplied).
  • Inspect vent pipe and gas valve.
  • Test and tighten all wiring and connections.
  • Flush condensate drain to protect overflow.
  • Check temperature rise.
  • Check gas pressure at gas valve.

Tune-up includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inspect vent pipe, barometric damper and combustion chamber.
  • Test oil pump operation.
  • Inform customer of equipment condition.

Cooling Comfort Plan

Annual Comprehensive Tune-up | 20% off Repairs & Diagnostic Charges | Priority Service

Tune-up includes:

  • Lubricate all moving parts.
  • Install gauges; record operating pressures and temperatures.
  • Clean or replace air filters (customer supplied).
  • Measure refrigerant superheat or sub-cooling to fine-tune its charge.
  • Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
  • Clean outdoor condenser coil.
  • Clean and check blower motor (and belt if applicable).
  • Test “temperature drop” at return and supply air; adjust blower speed.
  • Safety test all controls for proper operation.
  • Meter voltage and amperage in all motors; test for worn bearings.
  • Test condition of compressor contacts.
  • Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust and leaks.
  • Tighten and safety test all wires and connections.
  • Inform customer of equipment condition; recommend necessary repairs.

GENERATOR Comfort PLANS

Generator Comfort Plan

Generator Comfort Plan includes:

  • Change and dispose of engine oil/filter
  • Change and dispose of air filter
  • Replace spark plug(s) or check gap per manufacturer instructions
  • Clean & tighten battery terminals
  • Check/tighten control and power wiring connections
  • Check/adjust valve(s) as recommended by manufacturer’s instructions
  • Check for evidence of vibration, leakage
  • Check crankcase breather hose
  • Check/clean air dusts/louvers
  • Visually inspect insulation, fire hazards
  • Inspect engine and battery heaters for proper operation (if applicable)
  • Inspect mounting bolts, brackets and coupling connections
  • Inspect fuel line and connections for leaks
  • Check for trouble or fault codes
  • Check operation of transfer switch (if transfer switch requires repair, this service is performed at additional cost)
  • Check and record AC output voltage & frequency
  • Check if generator requires firmware update and update as necessary
