His diagnosis was that the technicians that came out in April to install the NEW A/C Unit, they did not fill the NEW Unit with enough Freon because in April, it wasn't hot enough to fill it and not telling us that, even though they could have used a heat blanket and fill the NEW Unit. After a couple hours, the tech was able to fix the Unit and the A/C started to work, (two days ago). Today, July 2nd...it is not working again, (90 degrees in the house) I decide to call and get their Answering Service as they are on a 4-5 Day 4th of July Holiday and can't provide any help, even though their website says they are "24/7" on emergencies, which is not true. They say that A/C doesn't classify as an "emergency", so they can dictate what is an emergency or not. I guess they had no problem taking my money so they can take their time in coming out. After all, this would be a warranty repair, and they would rather concentrate on new sales. I am in the Auto Service Industry and work with all vehicle manufacturers, and I wish I could have a 4–5-day holiday for the 4th of July, but I couldn't get away with that as my customers simply would not accept having to wait 5 days to even set an appointment.
Not a great company...I paid $16,000 for a NEW Furnace and A/C Unit...the Furnace was installed in January and then they said they waould be back out in April to install a NEW A/C Unit. In late June, when we tried to use the A/C for the first time with our NEW A/C Unit, it just blew hot air, wasting electricity. When we called for an appointment, it was 12 days out during the hottest days of summer so far. After calling back, saying this wasn't acceptable, they dispatched a technician two days ago.

Brand new account. Central. Lasted about a month. Called and was told I had to wait 12 days before someone could come out. Unacceptable after spending so much money. Ended up coming out earlier at the insistence of my husband. The installers had not topped off the freon charge. A man came out and fixed it ,it lasted about a day and a half. We called on Thursday and we're told everyone went home for a long weekend. We would have to wait for a call back on Monday. We are older and have an adult daughter with disabilities including seizures , she was suppose to come home Friday Saturday and Sunday for the holiday. She lives in a group home. I could not bring her home because of the heat in our home. This is not a company I would recommend. This is not the first issue we have had. We had a new furnace installed in November as well. So they already have our money. That seems to be all they care about. Just FYI. Poor follow up and poor customer service.
