Most Memorable Work Moment:From time to time, some of our customers experience hardships in their life and ask if we can provide them financial relief. One of customers reached out to me during the summer and inquired if I could work with her on price as she was going through a tough time. I was able to work with our customer and she was overcome with joy and couldn’t thank me enough. She even went out of her way shortly thereafter and baked us homemade cookies. It’s days like these that make it worth coming to work and helping customers when they need it the most.
