Palmer exceeded my expectations with customer service, installation of a Generac generator & propane tanks placement on property with concern of looks and accessibility. Training and knowledge of my new unit was incredible showing me in detail every aspect of the installation and how to maintain what I’m responsible for. I made numerous phone calls about many unknown issues and each time I spoke with a live person and return calls came quickly with answers. Billing was a breeze handling accounts with no issues. Emails for my Generac unit , fuel deliveries and payments were quick and everything was handled correctly the first time.
