Terms And Conditions
New Customer Fuel Credits
Following are terms and conditions for applying fuel credits to new customer accounts.
- Fuel credits are for new residential customers only. (If customer receives a fuel credit, they are ineligible for another one)
- Contractor, builder and commercial accounts are not eligible.
- New customers must mention promo code within 5 business days of new account set up to be eligible for fuel credits.
- Offer good for active primary whole house fuel account of forecasted 400-gallon annual minimum.
- Auto delivery accounts only.
- The credits will be applied to accounts in three equal installments of $50 each beginning with the first fill.
- Account must be in good standing. No credits will be applied if customer account is not in good standing.
- No credits will be applied and remaining credits will be forfeited if the customer does not pass credit check, does not complete an equipment check within 30 calendar days, cancels delivery, switches from automatic to will call, or Palmer Gas & Oil is unable to deliver for any reason.
- Credit on account is not redeemable for cash. Credits may only be used towards Palmer Gas & Oil products and services.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Not to be combined with other offers including but not limited to PGO’s refer a friend program, discounted or promotional pricing. Palmer Gas & Oil reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time at their discretion.
