Having a service plan provides you with the guarantee of emergency service, 24/7. When you have a service plan, all parts replaced by us are covered by a one-year warranty, so if a part needs to be replaced before the warranty expires, you pay nothing for the repair! Our service vehicles are fully stocked with parts, so we are able to fix most problems the first time around, saving you time and money. Our technicians are licensed and certified, never subcontracted. We do criminal background checks on all of our employees, and they are all subject to random drug testing.

Q: Which plan is best for me?

A: Your choice depends on the level of protection you’re comfortable with. The Comfort PLUS Plan and the Free Repair Plan completely eliminate most unexpected big repair bills. And our Comfort Plans are perfect for customers who want good protection but are willing to foot some of the cost if they need a repair. The Comfort Plans and the Comfort PLUS Plan all include an annual tune-up to ensure that your system runs at peak efficiency.


Q: How much can I save on repairs?

A: Our service plans can save you hundreds of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system.

With a service plan, replacement of these parts — and most others that typically need repairing or replacing — are either fully covered or qualifies for a 15% discount.

Any service work that we do is backed by our one-year parts and labor warranty.


Q: Can I get a service plan for my central air system?

A: Yes. You can easily add an air conditioning service plan. With a cooling plan, you will receive a comprehensive tune-up to keep your system running at peak efficiency, saving you money on summer electric bills. You also receive a 15% discount on repairs. Your status as a cooling service plan customer also ensures priority service should your air conditioning system ever break down.


Q: Will I receive Palmer Points for my service plan?
