Palmer Gas & Oil’s Annual Blood Drive HUGE Success!
Atkinson NH- On Wednesday, July 31, 2019 Palmer Gas & Oil (PGO) hosted their Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive, with a set goal of 25 units of blood to collect. They are proud to announce they surpassed their goal with 32 lifesaving units of blood reaching up to 96 lives.
Anne Donahue, an American Red Cross Blood Services Account Manager shared, “We haven’t collected this much blood since 2008 when we collected 36 units! This life saving blood is giving patients more time with their families or even another chance at life.”
Palmer Gas & Oil wants to give a special thank you to their customers and employees for their donations. PGO could not have done it without your support.
This year Palmer Gas & Oil signed up to be partners for the Missing Type campaign. The Missing Types campaign is when iconic corporate and civic brands, celebrities and influencers remove the A, B and O – the letters that make up the main blood groups – from signage, websites and other public-facing platforms to illustrate the critical role every blood donor plays.
Palmer Gas & Oil will be hosting their next Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
